All candidates are given an in-depth interview and will have been briefed carefully on your role before we recommend them to you.

When recommending suitable candidates, we will forward a copy of their own CV, together with a personal profile which has been written by the Consultant. This helps to "paint some colour" into the CV and answer questions you may have e.g. any gaps in employment or reasons for leaving a job.
We will send you only a small shortlist of suitable candidates with the right skill set and "company culture fit".
We value feedback from you, at every stage of the selection process and always undertake to relay this promptly to candidates.
